Last year in Layout class we created layouts based on a Brother's Grimm story "The Boy Who Went Forth To Know Fear". I chose the scene when the boy is at the top of a church bell tower at night and someone wears a sheet, trying to scare him. I liked the imagery and what I could do with the lighting. Here is my revised rough, my tonal study and the clean-up.
